Chapter 4
Brian let out a loud sigh as the clock finally reached 12:00 after what seemed
like an eternity. He was glad practice was over at least for now and he
headed towards the cafeteria hoping that maybe if he ate something he
wouldn’t feel so light headed and nauseous. As Kevin was about to follow
his cousin he saw out of the corner of his eye that a member of the
management team was walking towards him. “Great, just what I need, I have
to find Brian to make sure he is alright” thought Kevin as Michael, the boy’s
manager, approached him. “Kevin, I need to speak with you about when is
the best time for you guys to make up the concerts you missed at the
beginning of the year because of bad weather. Please follow me into the
hallway and we can discuss this further.” Michael said. Kevin knew better
than to argue with Michael because Michael always got his way. With a
heavy sigh, Kevin followed Michael out the doors into the hallway.
