"Hey, this is our six year anniversary," Kevin said suddenly, looking up from his day planner.

"It is? I thought it was in May?" Nick asked as Kevin shook his head.

"I meant, from the time Brian auditioned at Sea World, till now, it's been 6 years," Kevin said.

"Wow, this has been a wild 6 years," AJ said looking around as Howie nodded.

"My sister died," he said.

"My heart surgery," Brian said nodding.

"Meeting my dad," AJ said.

"Denniz," Kevin said sadly.

"My parent's moving and now we have nowhere to go for breakfast," Nick said rubbing his stomach as the guys started laughing.

"Do you always think about you're stomach Nick?" Howie asked as Nick smiled.

"Yep!!" Nick said smiling as Howie shook his head.

"It's a wonder we've gotten through this though," he said as the other's nodded.

"That fight with management was tough," AJ said as Kevin nodded.

"I'll never forget that, and what about the day Millenium was released and we were on TRL? That was a WILD day!! All those people!!" Kevin said.

"Hey, turn on the radio Howie," Brian said as Howie moved acros the tourbus to turn it on. Vitamin C's "Smile" was just going off and the DJ came on.

"And now, from the ever popular group, the Backstreet Boys, their latest single, 'Larger Than Life,' " the DJ said as the music started playing. The boys just sat around the tourbus and listened, not really moving or talking, just letting their memories wash over, both good and bad.

"B-Rok, don't look now...but there are 3 teenage girls looking at us," AJ whispered in his ear. Brian looked up at him and nodded towards the exit. They began walked normally to the exit. They were a few feet there when they heard the girls screaming behind them.

"It's AJ McLean and Brian Littrell!!!!!" they screamed, running towards them. AJ and Brian looked at each other before running out of the story and through the mall. Brian jumped over a bench, and AJ pushed him down another way before they tripped and crashed to the ground in front of a huge man.

"Brian... AJ..." he started as AJ looked up.

"AWW MAN!! Now were in trouble!!!" he complained as Q smiled looking down at them. He sighed, seeing the girls run nearer and stepped up to do his job.

"But let me tell you now

"You're making me perform...when my cousin is in the hospital having heart surgery??" Kevin asked shocked. He glared at their manager, Johnny Wright in disgust.

"Kevin, the show must go on," he said as Kevin sighed and leaned back in the chair. Nick came up to him, holding his cell phone out.

"It's B-Rok," he said softly as Kevin took it.

"Bri?" He asked as he heard Brian sigh on the other end.

"Kevin, you have to perform, give the audience something to scream about, please? Do it for me?"

"I want to be there with you though, I don't want you to have to go through this alone." he said near tears, he was trying to hold them in, so everyone in the room wouldn't see, but he failed as two tears dripped down.

"Kev, this is our life, singing, I want to be with you guys down there so much, but since I can't, make the fans happy at least? And don't worry, Mom and Dad are here, Harold, Tim, Jerald, and Aunt Ann, Leighanne's here too, will you perform? Please?" Brian asked as Kevin sighed.

"Yeah," he said quietly.

"Guys?" Howie asked softly, coming into the room. The boys looked up, something in Howie's voice tell them it was something more. Howie looked down, tears falling from his eyes as he sat on the floor, leaning against the bed. He sobbed into his knees for a few minutes before he felt arms around him. He looked up to see AJ there, looking at him sadly.

"What's wrong D?" he asked as Howie showed him the note that she had written.

AJ read it and he looked at Howie quizzical. "What's this?"

"Caroline's last letter to me," Howie said as AJ's mouth dropped open.

"She didn't," he let off, but seeing the pain in Howie's eyes he didn't need an answer. He put the paper down, and wrapped his arms around Howie again, looking at the other guys who were all puzzled.

"Caroline died this morning," he mouthed as the looks on their faces turned to grief.

Brian danced across the stage smiling. He sang a few of his notes, and when he felt AJ smack him, he looked at him puzzled. He looked in the direction that AJ was pointing towards, and laughed when he saw Leighanne and Amanda dancing crazily to the music. He shook his head and smiled at AJ. Putting his hand over his mic, so the fans couldn't hear, he leaned towards AJ's ear.

"We're lucky and you know it," he said as AJ smiled and nodded.

"We're really lucky," he said softly as Brian smiled while they continued the concert.

"MOM!!!" AJ yelled reaching for the radio. Denise looked at him puzzled.

He turned up the radio, and her mouth dropped open as she heard them singing "Tell Me That I'm Dreaming." She looked over at AJ who was grinning his head off and nodding it to the music. She continued driving home as he started singing along, and when they reached their driveway, they kept the car radio on, turning it louder so the whole neighborhood could hear before getting out. AJ ran to Denise and gave her a hug.

"We're on the radio!!" he shouted as Denise smiled.

"Congratulations," she said smiling as AJ ran into the house.

"I've got to call the guys!!" he yelled as Denise just smiled after him.

"Congratulations AJ," she said softly.

"Look at the crowd out there!" Carson said as the boy's eyes widened, watching it from the TV screen.

"Well, we'd like to watch from the window, but the cops won't let us, it might cause a stampede or something," Kevin said as Carson nodded.

"This is probably the biggest crowd we have ever had in front of MTV studios!" he said as Brian smiled.

"Hey! We're the Backstreet Boys," he said laughing as Nick smacked him.

"This is a big week for you guys, your CD comes out on Tuesday, May 18th, Millennium, and original titles?"

"Well, it was going to be "Larger Than Life," but then we thought that you see Larger Than Life, and Backstreet Boys on the same paper and they might get the wrong idea and so Millennium," AJ said smiling.

"You guys are LARGER THAN LIFE!" a fan yelled out from the audience as the boys all started laughing.

"Thank you," Nick said smiling.

"Brian? It's time," the doctor said quietly. Brian looked wordlessly at him, and didn't even feel his family hugging him and kissing him on the head.

He remained motionless until Leighanne walked up to him. "Brian, you're going to be alright," she said softly as Brian looked up at her. He burst into tears, and Leighanne wrapped her arms around him, trying hard to not let herself go. She felt the tear stains on her shirt, as Brian continued to cry, and she knew that there was no one else that she wanted to be with.

"I love you Leigh," Brian said softly. Leighanne looked at him, shocked because it was the first time he said it.

"I love you too B-Rok," she said kissing him. Brian held onto her more and sighed.

"If we keep dating, I want to marry you," he said suddenly. Leighanne looked at him and smiled.

"Sure Brian," she said as a hospital worker came in.

"Mr. Littrell, the fans outside sent this box of cards," he said, setting the box down on the table. Brian looked at the cards, then back at Leighanne, and smiled, leaning back on her chest more.

"I love them all," he said softly, the tears still escaping.

"GUYS!!!" Nick yelled, running into the room. Everyone looked up at him as if he were crazy and noticed that he was holding "Millennium,"

"Congratulations Nicky-boy, you know what our album looks like!" AJ teased as Nick rolled his eyes.

"For what?" Kevin asked, setting his attention on him.

"We sold 1.1 million copies of Millennium this week!!! Over 200,000 the first day!" Nick shouted as the guys started cheering.

"YES!!!!!!" Brian yelled as he and Nick jumped up and down holding onto each other.

"Kevin? Your still in here?" Max Martin asked, walking into the sound studio that overlooked the street. Kevin nodded sadly, looking at all the equipment, and the songs they had been working on. He looked down at his hands, feeling a few tears drip down on them.

"I miss him so much," he said softly as Max nodded.

"I do too, he was my best friend," he said giving Kevin a hug. Kevin nodded and kept crying, to hurt to care if anyone saw.

"And the fans don't care, they have no idea how much we miss him," Kevin said sadly, pulling away and wiping his tears.

"Au Contraire, the fans know, and the fans have shown their support to," Max said, pulling Kevin up and dragging him to the window. He opened the blinds back, and Kevin's eyes narrowed to get used to the light. When his eyes adjusted, he saw flowers lining the sidewalk, and cards open, and candles burning. His eyes started to water again as he saw pictures of Denniz, and red hearts, and people there praying for him. He turned to Max, making no attempt to stop the tears and smiled.

"They do care about him," he said as Max nodded.

"Denniz may be gone, but he isn't forgotten,"

"Nick?" Mandy asked walking through the house. She stopped when she saw Nick staring at the computer screen, tears falling from his eyes. He heard her, and quickly signed off, and wiped his eyes.

"Umm...yeah?" he asked, trying to sound fine, but Mandy knowing all to well he wasn't.

"What's wrong?" she asked as Nick turned back to the computer and signed on. He went to the link he had been looking at, and pointed towards the screen, eyes still red. Mandy looked past him to the screen, and her mouth dropped open.

"NICK CARTER>>>GETS BIGGER!" read the website. She looked at Nick, who was looking down at his lap, his arms over his stomach. He got up and walked over to his bed, laying down and facing the wall. Mandy scanned the website, and clicked on a few links before smiling. Getting up, she walked to his bed and laid down with him. She wrapped her arms around his waist, and rubbed his stomach softly, causing him to turn over and looked at her.

"No matter what they say, I love you for who you are, not how much you weigh," she said softly. Nick smiled softly.

"Thanks Mandy," he said as Mandy smiled.

"Love you," she said leaning up to kiss him.

"Love you too," Nick said.

"Now come look at a fan who cares," she said pulling him up and back to the computer. Nick sat down and smiled softly when he saw the screen.

AJ walked up to the door quietly, wanting to turn and run but knowing that this moment had taken 12 years in the making. He knocked on the door, and waited for it to open. A few minutes later, her heard the door open and a teenage girl appear.

"AJ?!?!?" she asked as AJ nodded.

"Yeah...is Robert home?" he asked as the girl gave him a big hug.

"I'm your half sister!" she said smiling as AJ smiled.

"Cool," he said as a man came to the door.

"Hello son," he said as AJ looked up at him. 12 years had changed him, his features were more mature, and his hair was grizzled with gray.

"Dad?" AJ asked as Robert nodded. He pulled AJ towards the house, and they walked in, AJ's mouth falling open when he saw the house. Everywhere he looked he saw Backstreet Boy merchandise.

"You kept up on my career?" he asked as Robert smiled.

"I still love you AJ, even if I couldn't be there," he said as AJ smiled.

"I love you too Dad," he said giving him a hug.

"And the 1999 MTV Video Music Viewers Choice Award goes to...The Backstreet Boys!" the presenter said. Brian and Howie jumped up, Brian hugging Leighanne, and kissing her on the cheek, so not to make the fans angry if he kissed her on the lips. Howie hugged Pollyanne, then turned to Claudia, smiling as he hugged her. Kevin wrapped his arms around Kristin, and smiled as she hugged him back tighter. AJ held onto Amanda, kissing her neck so the audience couldn't see, then kissing her softly.

"I love you Baby," he said into her ear.

"I love you too AJ," she said as AJ smiled, standing up.

Nick pulled himself up, still hurt because Mandy or his family couldn't attend, and he allowed Howie to give him a hug. He noticed the cameras on him, so he started smiling, and acting normal, even though inside he was still hurting. The boys walked up onstage and accepted the award, letting a guy go before the to talk even though they had no idea who they were.

"Wake up at 3," he said simply before leaving. Brian raised an eyebrow before smirking walking in front of the mic.

"Somebody get this guy out of here!" he yelled before shaking his head. "Just kidding!"

They did their thank yous, thanking the fans, God, and family before Nick walked up.

"I never get to say anything so I just want to say hi to all the people back home!" he said smiling, before walking off stage with the others, sharing a high five once backstage.

"Like I said, wild six years," AJ said softly as the others nodded.

"Yup, I'm not surprised Kevin doesn't have gray hair already," Nick teased as Kevin smacked him.

"Shaddup Nicky," he said, emphasizing Nicky.

"You call me Nicky again and I'll hurt you!" Nick warned as Brian sat between them.

"Children Children!" he teased as they both smacked him. "HEY!!"

"Ha! You deserved that Bri," Howie laughed as Brian stuck out his tongue.

"This is the Backstreet Boys," AJ said as the others became quiet.

"Yup, this crazy group," Howie said as AJ grinned evilly.

"Ready for the next 6 years?"
